      The comic “Monkey, Do You Evil?” explores the human realm of Sanzaru: a fantasy world based on Japanese tradition, culture, and its history throughout the ages. Influenced by the proverb “See No Evil, Hear No Evil, and Speak No Evil,” the comic takes heavy inspiration from the folk-faith called Kōshin and it’s the story of The Three Wise Monkeys.
